The mere fact that the Fire Company voted to allow the insurance company handle this matter so they could recoup the stolen monies has given rise to his legal claim. I thought Mulvey was the Treasurer. I believed this to be true because the BOE has no filing for the funds raised by the Rep party last year. To 9:39AM Thanks for the tip. I went to the Board of Elections website this morning and pecked away a little bit. According to the New York State Board of Elections website www.elections.ny.gov/CFViewReports.html The last filing by the East Greenbush Republican Committee was back in January, 2012. That filing showed that the Republican Coffers were in the red to the tune of minus -$830.15. It looks like Mulvey has brought the same skills he showed as the Town Financial Director to the Rep. Party. If I was a Rep. party contributor I would be wondering where my money went. Might be a good question to ask Chris D. the next time you see him. Doesn't the State Board of Elections have some rules against ignoring the filing requirements. And these are the people who want to elect their candidates Debbie DiMartino and Randy Cherubino to manage the Town's Budget??
The Town will not begin to make progress until it is rid of BOTH the Machine and the wannabe Machine. They are both up to the same things. Ripping off the taxpayer for the benefit of the "inner" few. There has to be a better way.

Now; does any of this banter back and forth change any of it? No, but there's clearly two points of view on this. Admittedly, the audit speaks to one version of events.
Those investigators were not present in the meetings and therefore have no clue what was really spoken and agreed too. That would be the difference in who actually should be accused and held accountable.

ReplyDeleteThis is why you people are so dangerous. You can't read and understand what is in the law as to process. Stipends are illegal because there was no resolution for salary increase. Longevity and sick-leave to Toni and Rick were plainly illegal, per NYS Town Law. Read the audit.

DeleteI thought Mulvey was the Treasurer. I believed this to be true because the BOE has no filing for the funds raised by the Rep party last year. Mulvey (with Chris's approval) is the only guy who would think he could get away with this. You would think Mulvey might have learned something about how foolish it is to ignore procedure during his brief, unsuccessful stint at Town Hall.

DeleteI went to the Board of Elections website this morning and pecked away a little bit.
According to the New York State Board of Elections website www.elections.ny.gov/CFViewReports.html The last filing by the East Greenbush Republican Committee was back in January, 2012. That filing showed that the Republican Coffers were in the red to the tune of minus -$830.15.
It looks like Mulvey has brought the same skills he showed as the Town Financial Director to the Rep. Party.
If I was a Rep. party contributor I would be wondering where my money went.
Might be a good question to ask Chris D. the next time you see him.
Doesn't the State Board of Elections have some rules against ignoring the filing requirements.
And these are the people who want to elect their candidates Debbie DiMartino and Randy Cherubino to manage the Town's Budget??
