Aren't Court Attendants expected to be held to a higher standard of personal public behavior and deportment? Shouldn't Court Attendant DeFruscio's outrageous conduct at the Board meeting automatically disqualify him from serving as a Town Court Employee? What would happen if Chris' next uncontrollable outburst occurs during a Court session? Remember the EG Town Court has the largest caseload in Rensselaer County.
