Capital View Casino & Resort, LLC c/o Saratoga Casino & Raceway of 32 Jefferson Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 has filed an application seeking a Planned Development District for a non-residential project on Thompson Hill Road, East Greenbush, NY, an approximately 152 acre parcel in an area currently Zoned R-B. The Town Board of the Town of East Greenbush has requested that the Zoning Board of Appeals provide an interpretation as to whether the lands contemplated for the Planned Development District are appropriate for the uses being proposed in the application for a Planned Development District pursuant to Section 2.9.4 (D) of the Comprehensive Zoning Law of the Town of East Greenbush. Therefore, an Interpretation is requested for the property located on Thompson Hill Road, East Greenbush, NY. He could have had the chief settle our doubts by reiterating his sentiment that hes used to the extra workload in East Greenbush so he can handle a casino. I imagine that the major players in EG CASINOGATE are Rich Crist, Phil Danaher, Leon Fiacco, Robyn Bayly, Keith Langley, Chris DeFruscio, Ed Gilbert, Phil Malone, Sue Mangold and the Harts. Jimmy Feathers got this cast of characters together as far back as last year. DiMartino and Matters were going to be the bobbleheaded rubberstampers until Matters threw them a curve ball and bailed out. That must be why they're doing her so viciously with that blog and why no one at the town or county will give the order to take it down. They're pissed as hell that she bailed. It was supposed to be unanimous til the end. Matters brought attention and credibility to the opposition. It's too late now though. The crooked way this was handled from the start is coming back to haunt them. An investigation was bound to happen anyway whether Matters bailed or not. Stay tuned.

FBI Director James B. Comey is scheduled to visit the Bureau's local field office today. According to the media release, The Director reportedly plans to "meet with local FBI agents as well as state and local law enforcement officers."

Just want you all to know that when someone asked where Langley was - one of the casino cuties shouted out - "he's sick!". What do you all think? On my way home I was going to stop at the bar he hangs out at with his pals. Then I thought I might drive by Chris D.s house to see if they were up there reviewing Gilbert's little speech. Yes Chris D. was there too but he had some brains and decided not to speak. By the way - Gilbert did more to support SEG than any other speaker. Gave a real performance that showed the panel why we distrust and despise our Town government. He lied and above all, spoke with such contempt about the opposition that even the Howe Caverns people looked shocked. Yup, a really great performance. Now can anyone call Town Hall and see if Langley has recovered? The only government official that didn't stand up and support his Casino buddies.

C. DeF never speaks in a civil manner. He only rudely shouts and yells from the back of the room. Last night at the ZBA he was practically sitting on Langley's lap, chattering away to no one in particular.
DeleteHe also at the last town board meeting yelled to every person who spoke to speak up because he couldn't hear him. Shouldn't he know that the speakers aren't speaking to him and they are speaking to the board? He loudly talked the entire time, and wonders why he couldn't hear.

Chrissy Def? Done anything to improve EG? PLEASE!!! That bum took a payoff from the Town when he was DPW Comm. He harassed A Town employee and he had to settle with the town and go away. They cry about law suits against the Town. Chrissy (Chumlee) had his own and took a $20k payoff to stay away for the last 2 months of the year.

Which means every single case that he sits at the bench for is wide open to appeal under a variety of circumstances. Any competent defense attorney would have a field day once they learned that CHUMLEE has no business meddling in court affairs and that OCA and the Office for judicial Conduct have BOTH given opinions as to politicians attempting to serve in court.

To Anony 9/26 @ 8:30 a.m. - Malone is "tag teaming" with Langley because Langley no longer has a third vote in MAM and Malone knows it, so he's naturally taking full advantage of Langley's predicament. At the last bd mtg, MAM proposed a resolution that Langley desperately wanted defeated, and Langley also needed to fill some vacancies, so he made deals with Malone as follows: Langley supported Malone's Court Clerk appointment, his Court Attendant appointment, and Cheryl Vallee's appointment the Ethics Board. In exchange, Malone voted no to MAMs reso and supported Langley's Data Collector appointment and Alternate to the Planning Board appointment. The question is, now that MAM is no longer with the SWF, will town employees now routinely be used as bargaining chips so Langley can get his third vote out of Malone or Mangold? The org mtg in Jan 2015 should be very interesting. Who will stay in the deal making process and who will go? This is what Langley/DeF/Gilbert have done to town hall. No one is safe in their jobs. Langley just couldn't make it work with MAM but he has no problem wheeling & dealing with Malone? There is no more SWF, no more repub majority, and no more protection for current appointments. It's open season on jobs in town hall. If I had a town job, I'd start looking now for something else. Merry Christmas!
