What’s happening with CFAC? The last scheduled meeting was April 8, 2015 and the last posted Meeting Minutes are for January 29, 2015.
The April 8, 2015 Agenda states:
· Acknowledgement of no meeting in February due to winter storm and lack of quorum
· Acknowledgement of no meeting in March due to illness and lack of quorum
“185-2010 Resolution to Abolish the Town Finance Committee and to Create a Citizens Fiscal Advisory Committee” adopted unanimously on December 8, 2010 states: “the Committee shall meet at least once a month”.
At the December 17, 2014 Town Board Meeting, Resolution “147-2014 Request by Town Board for the Citizens’ Fiscal Advisory Committee to Draft Internal Controls Relative to the Operation of Town Government” was determined to not be needed and CFAC was supposedly assigned this task.
I raised this issue at the August 19, 2015 East Greenbush Town Board Meeting which yielded no response.
One can only wonder how they’re doing.

Thanks. My understanding is that Ann Taylor was only recently appointed. I'd love to hear what Sean Mulvey has to say. I believe he is Supervisor Langley's appointment to the CFAC.
ReplyDeleteMULVEY and TAYLOR are both anti-EG. They are political plants designed to do nothing more than tattle to the cast away few idiots this Town rightfully threw away over the years.
ReplyDeleteMulvey possesses no special skills to even be considered for the CFAC.
Taylor possesses only her fictitious friendship with MAM. When the chips are down and MAM is of no further use to the future Mrs. Cristo- we'll all once again see her true colors !
Ann Taylor simply can't get it thru her head that EG doesn't like her and DOESN'T want her help.

She's simply a BAD CHOICE ! MAM is too gullible to resist Cristo's orders......bad choice !

DeleteToday's Saturday in the Park event should have been called "Politicians in the Park". This years event was a pathetic display of political posturing.
ReplyDeleteNone of them should have been allowed to set up camp or even allowed in for that matter. Absolute bad event planning with Mike Poorman being the biggest display of arrogance and disrespect.
I have lived in the Manor for 27 years and have gone to many of our annual festivals over the past years. This was the worst function I have ever attended, shrouded by a thick dark cloud of uncomfortable political overtones.
Very disappointed.
