Couse Corners Construction

Beginning on or about Monday, April 9th, the western side of the Couse Corners intersection, at Red Mill Road, will be closed due to construction. The closure will be for a period of 30-42 days. Please follow all posted detour signs. Construction updates will be posted on the Town's website throughout.

Notice of Public Hearing

The Town Board of the Town of East Greenbush has scheduled a public hearing to Amend the Comprehensive Zoning Law to include a SUNSET CLAUSE on all Site Plans. The Town remains desirous of obtaining input from the public concerning amending the Comprehensive Zoning Law to include a SUNSET CLAUSE on site plans. The hearing is scheduled for April 18, 2012 at 6:30 pm at the East Greenbush Town Hall.

The Town Board of the Town of East Greenbush has scheduled a public hearing to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Law to include a SUNSET CLAUSE on all Planned Development Districts. The Town Board does hereby schedule a public hearing to consider comment from the public concerning amending the Comprehensive Zoning law to include a Sunset Clause on PDD’s the meeting is scheduled for April 18, 2012 at 6:45pm at the East Greenbush Town Hall, 225 Columbia Tpk.
