  1. Only the PUTZ would schedule a meeting when there's court being held.
Busiest court in Rensselaer County and PUTZ schedules a meeting at the same time - IDIOT !

CHUMPLEE probably gave him the idea - MORON !

    1. At least they gave plenty of notice. Gee wiz, maybe Mr. Gilbert was in charge of selecting the date...last week his EB Meeting was held in the waiting room outside the supervisor's office because the court was using the rest of the building. It was uncomfortable for the 5 citizens. Can't wait to see how this works out.

    2. Then they will have to contend with the Open Meetings Law again.

    3. Someone will have to explain the Open Meetings Law to Langley. He still doesn't understand it after 34 months in office. What a putz!
      NO LANGLEY 2015.

  2. Keith, you've had almost three years to figure out how to schedule meetings at Town Hall.. Haven't you learned anything at all?

  3. Ethics Board Meeting last Thursday was a joke. If 1 more person had shown up it would have to be held outside the building. Anonymous at 6:33 was right. No room at the inn and Ed couldn't get it through his head that the public needed notice - not that afternoon but at least 4 days before. No minutes. Nothing new for the public. The public would only find out their Ethics complaints were meaningless because there would be no complaint form on the Town's website.

    1. I've been wondering whether the town lawyer's recommendation that BOE reject and not handle the citizen complaints that they have received is necessarily correct. As long as the current Ethics Code, which is town law (#3), hasn't been changed by a vote of the TB, the BOE might be compelled to figure out a way to process the citizen complaints they currently have, as well as any additional complaints they receive while this law remains on the books .

    2. @anon 7:04, the attorney general's office says the complete opposite. The lawyer's response to this discrepancy was that he "didn't care what the AG says"....no exaggeration, there were only like 6 people from the public that were there that heard the same!

And why was an attorney there in the first place? He did most of the talking as well!

  4. Question; what exactly has SWF done to improve the Town like Gilbert says they have done. He makes a broad-brushed statement without citing one thing/item that they've supposedly accomplished.

They clearly have hired friends and relatives and do less work than any previous workforce. They do favors for political buddies in broad daylight and think nothing of it.
Langley illegally appoints Ed Gilbert as Ethics Chair to run interference for the SWF - MULVEY on the CGAC- again to run interference.

Chumplee Defruscio - ( I luv this moniker, fits him perfectly ) 78 still clogs up the courtroom doing absolutely NOTHING .
WOW - SWF is clearly the fraud we all hoped wouldn't occur !
